This site was created by me — Samuel Pinches. I was concerned that the average person on the street did not have the ability to evaluate the scientific claims made about the products in this category of pain relief products.
Initially these posts were hosted on my personal blog, but I felt the topic material was far different to my regular content, that I felt they deserved a dedicated home.
Who am I? I am a materials scientist (PhD from UoM!), who has a fascination with the stuff that our world is made of, from the atom, and up.
